Marketing Coordinator

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Technology and Marketing department located at our Head Office in Keighley, West Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will form part of a busy Technology and Marketing Team. They will be dynamic, well organised, passionate about marketing and digital technologies, as well as being able to cope with the demands of a very busy team.

The Role

The Marketing Coordinator role is to develop, implement, and manage our brand marketing strategy to achieve the company objectives
This will include deploying, implementing, and executing marketing campaigns for our product range across our regions.

This will include
• managing all our multi-lingual partner and product marketing materials, customer guides, documentation, and communications
• managing events
• managing our digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing etc
• managing our websites ensuring they are using the latest SEO principles

Using analytics, metrics, and dashboards, distributing this information via regular reporting to all key members of the leadership team on a weekly basis.

Building strategic relationships with all departments to improve internal communications and co-operation throughout the company.

Taking ownership of “Our Values”, Quality, Reliability, Innovation, Partnership and Caring ensuring that all marketing activities have this at its heart

We’d Love these skills :

• B2B marketing experience, understanding B2B lead-to-revenue demand funnels and reporting. Ideally running awareness campaigns
• Experience with Social Media platforms, specifically LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
• Confident using WordPress and Canva
• Confident using and understanding Google Analytics
• A knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Enthusiasm to learn about what we do, how we do it, the people that make it happen, and the people we help
• Excellent MS Office skills- Word, Powerpoint, Excel,
• An ability to learn very quickly, and understand and absorb new information
• An ability to establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships at all levels
• Excellent verbal, non verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and time management

Full Time Contract (Contract will be made permanent if the candidate successfully completes the 3 – month probation period)
Based at Head Office but some home working will be possible

Working week: Monday – Friday: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm
Total hours per week: 37.50

Qualifications and Experience:

• B2B Marketing experience preferably for a global organisation
• Good A level and GCSE Grades
• Desirable: 2:1 Undergraduate Degree in a Marketing related degree
• Desirable: Language skills French/Spanish/German
• Digital marketing technologies

Must have own vehicle and clean driving licence

The Role

You will fabricate and assemble stairlift tracks and tubes from technical drawings using TIG welding and various methods of assembly. Once multiskilled, you will also be testing rails and carriages to ensure it meets the correct level of quality. You may also be asked to operate the laser cutting and bending machines when required (training provided).


Must be able to MIG and TIG weld;
Have experience in working with tube and mild steel;
Consult drawings and sketches in order to build jobs to specification;
Work to a standardised method;
Measure and verify your builds;
Have good experience in fabrication.
Experience in using electrical or manual tools
Shift work; Early or late shifts
Qualifications / Experience


TIG Welding and Fabrication
Ability to read and Fabricate to CAD drawings
Numeracy skills sufficient to enable calculations, accurate measurement and verification of dimensions
Use of grinding , drilling, bending equipment and range of finishing tools as part of their fabrication work experience

Welding Fabricator Certification
Previous stairlift rail and tube fabrication
Additional Information:

On successful completion of your probationary period, employees are entered into the Team Platinum bonus which opens up the potential to earn up to a further £1,400 a year by contributing to its productivity improvements and sharing in the success and profits of the company. Additionally, training and development within the role, gives opportunities to multi-skill, offering rates of up to £13.90 per hour.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £11.50-£12.50 per hour


Fabricating: 1 year (Preferred)
