2016 marks the 20th anniversary of Platinum Stairlifts and we’ve got some exciting plans to mark this milestone, including new innovations and extra marketing to help our dealers promote and sell Platinum Stairlifts. Look out for us in both trade and consumer press publications and don’t be surprised if you catch a Platinum Stairlifts jingle on the radio!
Our commitment to building relationships with dealers around the world remains as strong as ever, as we continue to manufacture market-leading products from our base in the UK. Plans are well underway to further develop our training programmes, ensuring that our dealers have the knowledge and confidence not only to sell and install Platinum but to remain at the forefront of the industry with first-class service and after-care. Of course, our in-house Customer Care team and our Technical Support service will continue to grow and adapt, to ensure dealers have the back-up they need.
Further investment in the Platinum CAD department, both in staff and software, has meant that our drawing time is now quicker than ever. Meanwhile, the installation of new testing and paint facilities in our Yorkshire headquarters will see those CAD drawings become actual rails faster, more efficiently and with an improved finish.
Finally, as we announced back in January, we have a new Managing Director. Mike Diesendorff has now settled in and is supporting many of the changes above. Mike says, “I am delighted to have joined Platinum Stairlifts in its 20th year and look forward to an exciting, successful period, both for the company and our dealers. The ultimate benefit of course, will be to the consumer. Continuous improvement and advances in our product range, training and after-sales, together with an established reputation for quality and safety, will place Platinum as the premier choice for stairlifts, not only in the UK but around the world.”
